Well, we asked Layla what she wanted to do yesterday. And we did most of it. we didn't get to go get her necklace, the place was unexpectedly closed. So we will be going there today. We asked and she said she wanted to go to costco. We couldn't figure out why she wanted to go there. But we were okay with that. Jack did finally get it out of her, she wanted to get pizza. Since we are trying to not eat out much, we just haven't gone out. But there has been the few times we have ended up with costco pizza after shopping late. We did ask her then if she wanted to get pizza at the Toad House. So we had a good pizza lunch and then went shopping at costco, she still wanted to go. And then we picked up her Coldstone cake. Jack went in with her. He was suposed to come back with a tiny cake. He ended up with a medium cake. I guess Layla would ONLY agree to THAT cake. It was like death by chocolate. Devils food cake, chocolate ice cream, with chocolate chunks and chocolate fudge, uggg, a few bites and we were all done. I have a feeling the cake may last a few months.
And a side note, I have finished the crazy prject that I started, the tea sets. This is a picture of all 6 sets, minus one kettle. I now know better than to say oh I can make that, you want one?
