Peanut sandwich made with jam stick stick stick

I made bread. You really don't understand. Try some wheat free/gluten free bread. That stuff isn't even fit for stuffing. And then go and try to find a recipe. Seriously, the ingredients list is insane. So I got a mix. The first one I tried, ehhh, alright. This one was so good. Of course I thought that when I took the first one out of the oven also. I think the bread starts to taste not so great once it cools.
I was actually hoping that the steam would show up on this picture.
But the thing is, I never thought I would need a fork to eat a peanut butter and jelly. More specifically, this is an almond butter with cherry preserves. Oh my god, yeah, I was just taking pictures to mess with the camera. But then I took a bite. I am full, but if I wasn't I would be making myself another. This was more like dessert. I think it is for sure the best pbj I have ever had. Or should I say abp?

there's a blog in my blog roll called barefoot meanderings...aside from being an interesting blog about classical homeschool ed., she also travels the wheat-free gluten-free road, and shares recipes for her best bread and cake. check the archives.

Loving the pixie hats!

Is it sad that I again had a pbj(abp) for breakfast this morning?:)
