Is it just me or does she look WAY too big here? Since it is still 87 inside the house I have Gwen sleeping in the bare minimum. It is hot and yes, I know it gets this hot other places, but other places have ac! It got up to 99 according to our thermometer. And up to 89 inside the house. The girls have been handling it well, by going outside taking off all their clothes and spraying each other with the hose. I so wish that I could be 5 again and do the same. But I think the neighbors may talk if I join them:) The heat is supposed to break soon, and then I promise not to complain about the cold for at least a week. You know, if Washington could just go a little in between I would be fine. But for a climate that was told to us to be "mild" it sure isn't. It goes from sopping wet and COLD, to bone dry and HOT. What is up with that?

I feel you on the heat. When you're used to the cold it's just awful. Here's hoping you get some truly mild weather and soon!
The odd thing is that now it is comparibly cold. I miss Hawaii, the weather may not have changed much, but at least it was ependable, lol:)
